Terms & Conditions — 7pp7 Platform Rules

By accessing the 7pp7 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered or unregistered, and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings between you and 7pp7 with respect to the subject matter herein.

7pp7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details or via a notice displayed on the platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 7pp7 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply to individual offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

The 7pp7 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• 2You are accessing the platform as an individual, in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party.
• 3You are not acting in a professional capacity as a player or gambler whose access to betting platforms is restricted by any applicable agreement or professional code of conduct.
• 4You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7pp7, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
• 5You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing the platform from your jurisdiction.
• 6You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 7pp7 platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by a decision of 7pp7.

7pp7 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or above will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed if satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe communicated to the player.

Any winnings accrued in an account subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment source after deducting any bonus amounts applied to the account.

To access the full range of 7pp7 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions, you are required to register a personal account. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing management of your 7pp7 account:

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 7pp7 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 7pp7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses applied to those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate accounts pending investigation.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep that information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 7pp7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

7pp7 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with our internal compliance standards. We may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine security review. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Account withdrawals may be suspended until satisfactory verification documents are received and approved.

7pp7 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi players. The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the platform.

Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 7pp7 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We do not apply currency conversion fees for deposits made in BDT.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500.
• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of deposit.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 7pp7 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 7pp7 account within seconds for mobile wallet methods. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your account, and only to the account registered in your name.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 7pp7 may require identity verification documents to be provided and approved (see Section 3: KYC).
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, you must fulfil the applicable wagering requirements in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• 7pp7 targets processing withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within a few hours of verification approval. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the time of the request.
• 7pp7 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving large withdrawal amounts. This is done to protect player accounts and maintain the integrity of the platform.

7pp7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which must be read in full before opting in. The following general principles apply to all promotions on the 7pp7 platform:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions (such as new player status, minimum deposit amount, payment method used, or geographic location) will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and expiry window will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets. The order in which funds are applied during gameplay will be displayed in your account balance area.
• 7pp7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a promotion has been claimed by a player, in cases where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Promotional offers are not transferable between players and hold no cash value unless specific release conditions have been satisfied in full.
• Seasonal promotions — including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, and BPL cashback deals — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer. Past availability of a seasonal promotion does not guarantee its recurrence in future seasons.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 7pp7 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another person, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity in connection with your 7pp7 account.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in card games, coordinating bets to exploit promotional conditions, or any other form of coordinated manipulation.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim new-player offers, using automated bet-hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting bonus stacking errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7pp7 platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 7pp7 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes for deposits that were genuinely made and used on the platform. All chargeback cases will be investigated thoroughly, and any accounts found to have initiated illegitimate chargebacks will be permanently closed with funds forfeited.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by an underage individual.

7pp7 employs sophisticated fraud detection and security monitoring systems operating continuously across the platform. All suspicious account activity is flagged for review. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 7pp7 will act swiftly and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all legitimate players.

7pp7 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered players:

Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, to prevent impulsive decisions during active gaming sessions.

Session Time Controls

You may set a maximum session duration in your account settings. When your session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the platform. Session time reminders are also available and can be configured to alert you at intervals of your choice during a gaming session.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, finances, or relationships, you may request a self-exclusion from the 7pp7 platform. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (from 24 hours to 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion. All self-exclusion requests must be submitted by contacting [email protected]. Requests are actioned promptly and without question. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account on the platform.

7pp7 is a platform intended for adults aged 18 and above only. 18+ Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing you financial or emotional distress, please use the tools available on this platform or seek independent support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7pp7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions in platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters).
• Errors in game results caused by software malfunctions, provided that 7pp7 acts promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete, where such information was provided in good faith.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) that are outside 7pp7's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7pp7's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In all cases where 7pp7's liability is not excluded by these Terms, our maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of general commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be first referred to the 7pp7 customer support team at [email protected] for resolution through good-faith negotiation before any formal escalation. 7pp7 aims to resolve all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7pp7 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Terms.
